Scope and status

This notice applies to people who enquire about work, register, apply or are considered for temporary or permanent roles through Vitality Personnel Ltd.

Recruitment information may include contact details, work history, skills, availability, CVs, qualifications, training, assessment notes, correspondence and role preferences. Later-stage checks may require further information where lawful and relevant.

Information may be used to assess suitability, communicate about roles, make appropriate introductions, administer work-finding services, meet legal obligations and establish or defend claims.

The public AI information assistant is not used to assess candidates, shortlist applicants or make recruitment decisions. Personal recruitment information should be submitted only through the appropriate secure form or direct agency process.

Candidate information should only be shared with prospective clients or relevant providers for an appropriate purpose and lawful basis. Candidates should be told when and why details may be introduced.

Recruitment records should follow a documented retention schedule. Access to candidate documents should be restricted. Rights requests may be sent to Info@vitalitypersonel.co.uk.
